WAREHOUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
**All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE.
**All sales are final.
**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the Bidder(s).
**Unless otherwise stated in an item description, no items have been tested for functionality.
**Any description of functionality is for INFORMATION ONLY and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
**We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you preview the items before bidding.
**In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the Buyer will not be charged for the item. Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer.
PREVIEW: Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9-4. We recommend that you call before coming to preview, to insure that we are not doing an auction, or working in the field and closed for the day. Call Elizabeth at (337)515-6428.
PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES). All credit card settlements are subject to a 3% processing fee.
If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list.
REMOVAL: Items must be picked up within two business days following the close of the auction. Pick up times can be scheduled between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM. We request that you call to make an appointment to insure that our staff is available. Call (337)515-6428
We may provide loading assistance, but packing and securing the load will be the responsibility of the buyer.
SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)
SALES TAX: The State of NC requires us to collect sales tax for all items in this auction. If you are not from NC and the purchased items are not going to be used in NC, then you will not be charged NC sales tax. You may be responsible for paying the State's Use Tax from your state.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
**Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
**Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid.
**With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the issuing bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.
