Here is your chance to open a small business for pennies on the dollar.
We are offering this entire business inventory to one bidder, with an opening bid equal to the cost of ONE of the ice cream machines.
The high bidder can contact the building owner and negotiate a new lease here, or you can move everything to your own or other building. You are not required to keep the business here. The seller will not be involved wioth any lease negotiations.
Bidding will end 48 hours after we receive the opening bid.

EQUIPMENT CONDITION:
**All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE.
**All sales are final.
**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s).
BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid for the package lot.
PAYMENT: The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for a 10% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES). The balance will be due within 24 hours in the form of cash or cashiers check.
If your credit card is declined for the deposit, we will attempt to call you ONE TIME. If we reach you, we will ask for another card, that will clear for the deposit. If we do not reach you, your bid will be voided and the sale will be offered to the next highest bidder.
ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 3% PROCESSING FEE, WHICH WILL BE SHOWN AS AN INCREASED BUYERS PREMIUM (13% vs 10%)
CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
**Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
**Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid.
**With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which the disputed charges were made, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.
REMOVAL: The removal period will be 7 days from the day the bidding closes.
The buyer is responsible for all labor, tools, and materials needed for the removal. The buyer is responsible for any damage done to the building, beyond reasonable means necessary for the safe removal of the equipment.
