Preview Date/Time The restaurant will remain open until Sunday night, January 27. You may preview the items on Monday, January 28 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
Checkout Date/Time The building will be demolished on Monday, February 4. The doors will be locked on Tuesday night, reopened at 9:00 AM on Wednesday morning, and will NEVER BE LOCKED AGAIN. Please remove your items ASAP. You are responsible for security of your purchases.

Description
Management has scheduled this location for a new building in 2019. The old building will be demolished on February 4, 2019. We have been told to sell anything and everything that someone might want from the old building. We will be selling EVERYTHING but the food and paper products. Building components, equipment, seating, HVAC. The new store will start with all new equipment (except for a few items they are keeping)

Once you place a winning bid you have entered into a legally binding contract. Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without guarantees of any kind. If you bid without inspecting the item(s), then you accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the condition and completeness of the item(s). Due to varying Internet speeds, browser controls, wireless signals, and other communication problems we DO NOT GUARANTEE that your bid will be accepted on any item. Do not wait until the last possible second to place a bid. If an item is not on your invoice, then your bid was not the last and highest bid recorded and ther is no recourse. Any item(s) left unpaid or removed will be subject to a storage fee of $10.00 per item / per day, plus any transportation, moving, collection and attorney fees. Buyers remove purchases at their own risk. Buyer's should arrange for professional de-installation of wired, plumbed or built-in items. Many pieces of equipment have potential hazards and should be de-installed and moved by professionals with proper equipment. Absolutely no adjustments, claims or refunds will be allowed after the item(s) are removed. ANY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WHILE THE ITEMS ARE ON THE AUCTION PREMISES. In no event will auctioneer's or seller's liability to buyer ever exceed the purchase price paid. Arrangements for the removal (or shipment) of purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer pursuant to and as part of the contract of sale. Bidders caught willfully removing wrong items, or switching tags, will be subject to arrest for theft. No claim can be made for failure of bidder to remove items after the removal period has ended. Buyers should bring their own moving equipment and labor. Any item not removed from the sale within the specified time may be removed and stored by the auctioneer at purchaser's expense, and auctioneer will not be responsible for loss or damage to those items. The final total due for the buyer's purchases will include a 10% Buyer's Premium. if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)

ONLINE BIDDERS ---- Your credit card will be charged for your purchases as soon as the auction concludes. Please remember there is s 3% processing fee for the credit card, which raises your Buyer's Premium from 10% to 13%. LIVE, IN PERSON BIDDERS ---- You must settle your invoice on the day of the auction. We will accept cash, good NC check, or credit cards with a 3% processing fee.
