TERMS OF SALE - The terms and conditions for this auction are absolute and cannot be altered in any way. If you do not understand any of these conditions, please contact Wester Auction BEFORE bidding. Once you place a winning bid you have entered a legally binding contract. WARRANTY EXPLANATION - Everything is sold "NEW IN BOX". The buyer will be allowed to open any box that appears to be damaged for inspection. If any items are damaged, the buyer has the right to accept or reject the case. Rejection of the case will result in a full refund of the cost and fees for that lot. PAYING FOR YOUR ITEMS - ALL ITEMS must be paid for with debit or credit card. We will attempt to charge the invoice to the card you used at registration. If you would rather use a different card, you must notify us before the first lot sells. If the card on file does not cover the full invoice, you will receive a call for another card. FAILURE TO SETTLE YOUR INVOICE - Any item(s) that are not paid for by 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 27 will result in your bidding privileges suspended for future auctions. Once the invoice has been settled, your bidding privileges might be re-instated. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS - Descriptions and counts are guaranteed for accuracy. REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS - Absolutely no adjustments, claims or refunds will be allowed after the item(s) are removed from the auction site. ANY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WHILE THE ITEMS ARE ON THE AUCTION PREMISES. In no event will auctioneer's or seller's liability to buyer ever exceed the purchase price paid. BUYER'S PREMIUM - The expenses of conducting the auction are shared between the seller and buyer. The buyer's expense is called a BUYER'S PREMIUM and is set at 13%. REMOVAL PERIOD - You must make an appointment through Wester Auction at a time during normal business hours, that is acceptable to the buyer. Bauscher Hepp will receive a copy of the paid receipt and the time of your appointment. They will have your items ready to load when you arrive.

Shipping is available from Bauscher Hepp's offices. Once you settle your invoice, Bauscher Hepp will prepare your items for shipping, send you the measurements and weight, and then you send a pre-paid shipping label. Bauscher Hepp will give the items to the shipper that comes for your items.
