Auction Terms & Conditions The terms and conditions for Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. are absolute and cannot be altered in any way. You are entering into a legal and binding contract and have agreed to honor these terms.
1. All items are sold AS IS-WHERE IS. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the items.
2. Pictures and descriptions may not be completely accurate. Attend the preview.
3. Like items may be sold as a group or "One item times the quantity in the lot".
4. The Buyer's Premium is added to the final bid to determine the sales price.
5. Collection of NC Sales Tax is required by law. Resellers must provide complete documentation.
6. Payment methods and deadline are detailed for each auction and are not negotiable.
7. Removal is the responsibility of the buyer, with specifics and deadlines detailed for each auction.
8. Refunds and/or adjustments must be completed before loading.
9. Like items sold to multiple buyers will be distributed on a first come first served basis.
10. All buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer, owner of the assets being sold, and the real property owner from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the preview, the auction, and the removal period. Buyers remove purchases at their own risk and expense.

Pay for your items when you come for removal with cash, check, credit card, or debit card. All cash and qualified check payments will receive a 3% discount.
FAILURE TO PAY YOUR INVOICE: Any buyer that defaults on an unpaid invoice, FOR ANY REASON, will be responsible for losses and expenses incurred in reselling the items on the invoice. In accepting the Terms and Conditions of Sale you agree for us to charge any losses or expenses incurred to the card on file. Failure to cover the expenses will result in immediate suspension/revocation of bidding privileges, civil suit, or both.
