Auction Terms & Conditions CONDITION: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. All sales are final. All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). PREVIEW: You may inspect the items on Thursday, December 15 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice, unless you have made prior arrangements with Wester Auction for an alternate form of payment. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have 24 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card or cash. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 24 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you may be removed from our approved bidders list, and not be allowed to purchase from us in the future. REMOVAL: The removal period will be Friday and Monday, December 16 & 19, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. All removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer agrees to meet the removal schedule posted. Any item remaining after the removal period will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded at the discretion of the seller. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: in the event that we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selction will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection.
