Due to problems with the shopping center infrastructure the owner has decided to close the restaurant and liquidate the assets. Almost all of this equipment appears to be in excellent condition. You have the opportunity to purchase some beautiful items for pennies on the dollar. Purchasing the hood alone will save someone THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
Auction Terms & Conditions CONDITION: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. All sales are final. All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). PREVIEW: The restaurant is closed, so the only preview date and time will be Friday, December 23 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. This will be the only time that we will be in the building prior to the bidding period ending. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have 24 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card or cash. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 24 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you may be removed from our approved bidders list, and not be allowed to purchase from us in the future. REMOVAL: The removal period will be December 29, 2016 from 10:00 PM until 5:00 PM. All dismantling and removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. THE ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE ON DURING THE REMOVAL PERIOD. The buyer will provide all manpower, tools, and equipment (INCLUDING AUXILLARY ELECTRIC POWER) necessary to do a proper job of removal while not damaging the building. After December 29, 2016, you will be required to make an appointment to access the building. Appointments will be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 919-522-9802. EVERYTHING HAS TO BE OUT OF THE BUILDING BY WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 4, 2017. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: in the event that we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selction will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. Payment Terms
Immediately after the bidding ends, you will receive an invoice for the items purchased. At that point we will charge the full invoice to the credit card on file that you usd to register for the auction. If for any reason your credit card is declined, you will have 24 hours to make full payment with either another credit card, cash, or cashiers check. If settlement is not completed within the 24 hour period following the end of the auction, we reserve the right to void the sale and sell your items to another bidder. You will then be removed from the approved bidders list for any future auctions.
