Eden's Grill recently opened in Roxboro. In acquiring equipment for the restauant, the owner purchased more equipment than was required. This equipment has to be removed from the landlord's open space, so we have been called on to sell it at some price.
These items should be in good to very good condition, since they were purchased for use in the new restaurant. The pizza ovens look EXCELLENT, the Vulcan range oven has an oven that looks as though it has never been used.
*****SPECIAL NOTICE**** The new tenant moves into this space on Tuesday morning. Everything must be removed by Monday afternoon. Everything remaining in the building at 5:00 Monday will be placed behind the building. You may pick it up on Tuesday if it is still there. NO REFUNDS.

Auction Terms & Conditions CONDITION: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. All sales are final.
All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s).
PREVIEW: You may inspect the items by calling the restaurant owner, Mohamed, at 336-671-7517 and make an appointment. Do not show up without an appointment, and do not try to preview during the busiest part of the restaurant hours.
PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have 24 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card or cash. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 24 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you may be removed from our approved bidders list, and not be allowed to purchase from us in the future.
REMOVAL: The removal period will be January 2, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. All dismantling and removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will provide all manpower, tools, and equipment necessary to do a proper job of removal while not damaging the building. After January 2, 2017, you will be required to make an appointment by calling Mohamed at 336-671-7517.

SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: in the event that we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selction will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)

Immediately after the bidding ends, you will receive an invoice for the items purchased. At that point we will charge the full invoice to the credit card on file that you usd to register for the auction.
If for any reason your credit card is declined, you will have 24 hours to make full payment with either another credit card, cash, or cashiers check. If settlement is not completed within the 24 hour period following the end of the auction, we reserve the right to void the sale and sell your items to another bidder. You will then be removed from the approved bidders list for any future auctions.
