Auction Terms & Conditions CONDITION: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. All sales are final. All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). PREVIEW: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 29 from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Or you may visit the restaurant during normal business hours prior to the final day of December 23. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have 24 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card or cash. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 24 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you may be removed from our approved bidders list, and not be allowed to purchase from us in the future. REMOVAL: To expedite removal of the hood and walk in cooler (due to limited removal time) we are hiring professionals to dismantle both and prepare them for loading. The buyer of the hood will be billed $600 for this service. The buyer of the walk in cooler will be billed $400 for this service. If you do not agree to pay for this service, THEN DO NOT BID ON THE ITEMS. The restaurant will close on December 23 and the large items will be dismantled during the week after Christmas and before the bidding deadline. All items must be removed on Friday, December 30 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. If you do not remove your items on Friday, there will be a $100 charge to get into the building on Saturday, December 31. On Saturday afternoon the keys are going to be given to the landlord, and any future ingress will be with the approval and actions of the landlord. . All dismantling and removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will provide all manpower, tools, and equipment necessary to do a proper job of removal while not damaging the building. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: in the event that we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selction will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection.
